Office Assistants & More Vacancies

Attendant

For engagement of Attendant (one each at RSETI Ujjain, Dewas & Shajapur) on contractual basis for Two years. The following terms and conditions to be read and followed by the applicant:

1. Eligibility: – Minimum Matriculate pass
2. Remuneration: The remuneration will be Rs.8,000/- per month on contractual basis.
3. Age Criteria as on 30.09.2014: Min 18 years Max 65 years
4. Leave: (a) 12 days in a calendar year to be availed with prior approval of RSETI director, maximum 4 days on each occasion. (b) There is no provision for encashment of leave even after exit of the Attendant on any reason/ground. No leave can be accumulated. At the end of the calendar year, the leave would lapse.
5. Exit Policy: One months’ notice from either side.

Selection Procedure:

The selection is based on performance in the interview. Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.

RSETI COORDINATOR

For engagement of ONE RSETI COORDINATOR for SUPERVISING OUR 4 RSETIs, FLCs, CMPs and TCMPs (Channel Management Partners and Technical Channel Management Partners) in Ujjain, Dewas, Shajapur & Dhar districts. The following terms and conditions to be read and followed by the applicant:

1. Eligibility for RSETI Coordinator: Retired Bank officials, having retired as Astt General Manager onwards. (Chief Managers in Scale-IV to be considered, but only in exceptional cases) (a) To be engaged on contractual basis for a period of two years and can be renewed based on the performance for a maximum period of altogether three years or attaining the age of 65 years whichever is earlier. (b) Candidate possessing adequate exposure particularly in rural areas/rural lending and who have passion for working for the upliftment of the disadvantaged sections of the society will be the eligible for selection.
2. Age Criteria as on 30.09.14: Max 65 years subject to physical fitness.
3. Job profile: RSETI Co-ordinator will be handling our 4 RSETIs+ FLCs + all CMPs and TCMPs located in Ujjain, Dewas, Shajapur & Dhar Districts/ area of operation under FI and job profile would include: (a) Planning, reviewing, monitoring and driving of overall performance of 4 RSETIs/FLCs and Monitoring of all the CMPs, TCMPs located in Ujjain, Dewas, Shajapur & Dhar Districts / area of operation under FI. (b) Planning, reviewing, monitoring and driving Financial Inclusion activities in the zone/area of operation- particularly from control and risk management perspective. (c) Ownership of Bank’s (Ujjain Zone & Dhar District) performance in all the three segments-RSETIs/FLCs/and Financial Inclusion. (d) Reporting of performance under above three segments to controlling office.
4. Remuneration: The remuneration will be Rs.50,000/- per month.
5. Fuel Allowance: 25 litres per month In addition to the same, reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred for travelling beyond 20 kms will also be considered on actual. Boarding and lodging expenses in deserving cases may also be reimbursed by Zonal Office as per the entitlement of the Scale/Grade of official at the time of retirement.
6. Leave: (a) Maximum 12 days (b) There is no provision for encashment of leave even after exit of the RSETI Co-ordinator on any reason/ground. No leave can be accumulated at the end of the calendar year, the leave would lapse.

Selection Procedure:

The selection is based on performance in the interview. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 60% (60 out of 100 marks). Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.

Note:- Bank reserves the right to remove the RSETI coordinator any time even before the expiry period of the contract in case his performance is not up to the Bank’s expectation or otherwise too.

FACULTY

For engagement of FACULTY (Two faculty members for each RSETI) for our RSETI at Ujjain, Dewas & Shajapur. The following terms and conditions to be read and followed by the applicant:

1. Eligibility for Faculty: Minimum Graduation, Diploma in vocational courses/guidance preferable.
2. No. of Posts: Two faculty members for each RSETI on contractual basis for Two years period. Provision for further renewal based on the satisfactory performance conduct/behaviour and for a minimum period of 5 years subject to maximum age of 65 years. The contract may be terminated by either side by giving one months notice.
3. Age Criteria as on 30.09.2014: Min 25 years, Max 65 years subject to physical fitness.
4. Experience: 1. 2 years as in-house Faculty or visiting faculty. Shall possess good flair/computing skill/knowledge in Computer etc. 2. Candidate should preferably be resident of local area.
5. Remuneration: The remuneration will be Rs.20,000/- per month on consolidated basis.
6. Actual travelling expenses: Maximum Rs.250/- per diem, for taking on the job training wherever required at site, other than the institute, to be approved by RSETI IN Charge/ Director based on the reasonability of the same.
7. Leave: 9. 12 days in a calendar year to be availed with prior approval of RSETI director, maximum 4 days on each occasion. There is no provision for encashment of leave even after exit of the faculty on any reason/ground. No leave can be accumulated at the end of the calendar year, the leave would lapse.
8. 10. Exit Policy: On one months’ notice from either side.

Selection Procedure:

The selection is based on performance in the interview. Minimum qualifying marks in the interview will be 50% (50 out of 100 marks). Decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.

1. Eligibility: – Minimum Graduation with basic knowledge of accounts
2. Remuneration: The remuneration will be Rs.15,000/- per month on consolidated basis.
3. Leave: (a) 12 days in a calendar year to be availed with prior approval of RSETI director, maximum 4 days on each occasion. (b) There is no provision for encashment of leave even after exit of the Office Assistant on any reason/ground. No leave can be accumulated. At the end of the calendar year, the leave would lapse.
4. Exit Policy: On one months’ notice from either side.
5. Age Criteria as on 30.09.2014: Min 18 years Max 45 years
