Attendant - II Trainee -> On successful completion of training and if found suitable by the Management, the trainees will be considered for placement in the grade of W2 in the workmen cadre in the pay scale of Rs. 7700 - 3% - 17200 on a starting basic pay of Rs 7700/- and industrial DA applicable as on the date of absorption and other benefits as per Company rules. At present, the rate of DA is 91.3% resulting in total emoluments of Rs 14730/- (approx).
Attendant - I Trainee -> On successful completion of training and if found suitable by the Management, the trainees will be considered for placement in the grade of W3 in the workmen cadre in the pay scale of Rs.7900- 3% -18100 on a starting basic pay of Rs 7900/- and industrial DA applicable as on the date of absorption and other benefits as per Company rules. At present, the rate of DA is 91.3% resulting in total emoluments of Rs 15112/- (approx).
Educational Qualifications:
Attendant - II Trainee -> Candidates with "Certificate in Vocational Higher Secondary Education" in any Technical trade under Engineering Technology with 60% marks in the final examination.
Attendant - I Trainee (Electrician/ Electronic Mechanic/Fitter) -> 10th Class (X Std) Pass plus National Trade Certificate (NTC / ITI) in the trade of Electrician/ Electronic Mechanic/Fitter. Should have scored 60% or above in their qualifying examination (NTC) and should possess post qualification National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade.
Attendant - I Trainee (Boiler Attendant) -> 10th Class (X Std) Pass plus National Trade Certificate (NTC/ ITI) in the trade of Fitter and post qualification National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the trade of Boiler Attendant. Should have scored 60% or above in their qualifying examination (NTC).
Application Fee: A Demand Draft (DD) or Indian Postal Order (IPO) for Rs.100/- in favour of Hindustan Newsprint Ltd., (not required for SC/ST, PWD candidates) payable at Ernakulam/ Mevelloor.
